RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Due to the type of services we offer, our return policy is slightly different than your average store. When you purchase a custom item from our store, you will receive a draft of your product. Once you approve that draft, your purchase will be final and no refunds will be issued. However, if there is damage to your product upon delivery, you can contact us for assistance.
